If you are looking for a remote consultation appointment, please select the "Include remote appointments" option from the menu.
The electronic direct billing authorization cannot be used for children under 17 at Aava. At Aava, when a minor is visiting, you can apply for reimbursement afterwards from the insurance company. In that case, book an appointment at Aava as a Private customer.
If you are under 18 and want to book an appointment so that the guardian does not receive information about the booking, you can do it by calling the number 010 380 3838. This is based on the rights of minors in healthcare.
